Refund Policy
As of July 2026. SimSentry Pro is sold to businesses only (B2B). This policy restates the refund terms of the SimSentry Pro EULA (§10); the EULA governs where they differ.
14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase
Your first purchase of a paid SimSentry Pro tier (Indie or Team, monthly or annual) carries an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee. Email support@simsentry.io from the address used at purchase within 14 days of that first purchase and we refund it in full. The delivered license key is revoked as part of the refund.
Trials are never charged when canceled in time
The 14-day Pro trial requires a card but charges nothing up front. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. If you let the trial convert to a paid monthly license, that first paid invoice is a first purchase — the 14-day money-back guarantee above applies to it.
Monthly licenses
Cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing. Your most recent license key simply runs to its expiry date. Beyond the first-purchase guarantee above, already-paid months are not refunded.
Annual licenses
Annual licenses are one-time purchases and never auto-renew — there is no surprise renewal charge to refund. Beyond the first-purchase guarantee above, annual fees are non-refundable except where the EULA or mandatory law provides otherwise.
Chargebacks and payment reversals
License keys obtained through a payment reversal or chargeback are revoked. If something went wrong with your purchase, email us first — a refund request is faster for both sides.
How to request a refund
Email support@simsentry.io with your purchase receipt (or the email address used at checkout). Target first response: 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that mandatory law grants you.
